  1. Availability

If any product marketed on our website temporarily is not in stock, it will remain published, but this incidence will be indicated next to the buy button, so the system will not allow to continue with the sales process.

When an online purchase is made, the complete amount will be charged in real time by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Master), using the payments enabled by Shopify Payments. Other payment methods will be admitted. Once we have Received the confirmation of the payment of the amount by Shopify Payments a proof of payment will be generated through email.

For security reasons Matchwalls does not request or keep the data of said payment leaving this payment process by Shopify.


In case of rejection by Shopify Payments, the order will be annulled automatically and the buyer will be informed by sending an e-mail.


According to the legislation in force and for the safety and confidentiality of your data, the web will not store bank data or any similar throughout the purchase process. In the event that a payment is applied through Shopify Payments incorrectly, Matchwalls will proceed to perform the relevant efforts for the cancellation of the order and fertilizer of the amount, however, in case the payment is finally correct, the website is reserved a right to impact the costs derived from management.

In this sense and for security reasons, Matchwalls does not have access to the information on the payment method that the user could use, including card numbers, safety keys or verification codes.

  2. a) Modalities and delivery place

The products will be sent, accompanied by their corresponding delivery albar to the shipping address that the buyer has indicated in the course of the purchase process.

Once your order has left our warehouse, our logistics provider will send you an email with the information so that you can know the status of your order. In order for the delivery of the product to be as comfortable as possible for the customer, deliveries are made in the address specified by the customer. Keep in mind that after 3 to 6 days of the first delivery attempt, and if no satisfactory response for delivery has been obtained, the order will be returned to origin. Orders will be processed nationally or internationally, in such a way, the deadline for delivery may vary depending on the destination of deliveries as specified in the next section.

In order to optimize the delivery, the buyer will be required, indicate at the time of order processing, a place of receiving the order within working hours.

  1. b) Delivery period

The delivery period has been set at 30 maximum business days, unless shorter delivery deadlines are foreseen at the time of order processing. However, the above, the minimum delivery deadlines designated in this regard are the following:

10.1 Returns (exercise of the right of withdrawal)

Once the package has been received in our stores and verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the amount of the returned elements will proceed, informing the buyer of said process via email and proceeding to the reimbursement of the amount paid and recovering Matchwalls the PROPERTY OF THE RETURN PRODUCT. 

The costs and risks linked to the return of the product will be borne by the buyer.

The return must be done within a maximum period of 14 calendar days since you communicated your will to return.

The amount to reimburse will be equal to the purchase price of the returned products (s), and will be paid by the same route in which the payment was made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the communication of the right of withdrawal. Once the order leaves the warehouse, the shipping costs will never be reimbursed.

10.2 Defective or envied products by error

In addition to all the legal rights that assist you as a consumer and the 14-day voluntary return guarantee, buyers in Spain will have a two-year post-sale guarantee from the date of delivery of the product, for the repair or replacement of products Buy on our website if they were defective or disagreement with what is announced.
